1.      It is made the extraction of blood of the patient minutes before beginning the surgery. The amount will depend on the defect to treat. For the extraction of a dental piece between 10 and 20 cc it will be sufficient. For the elevation of sine, a little more, about 30 cc.
       
2.      Sterile tubes with sódico nitrate to 3.8% like anticoagulant are used. The plasma like a digital equipment developed by BTI is centrifuged, that guarantees that the parameters time and speed are the suitable ones.       

3.      The plasma separates in fractions by means of very meticulous pipeting not to create turbulences in the obtained fractions.
